By creating an account or otherwise using Zdax (the “App” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Growuni Technologies Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Account creation requires a valid mobile phone number, which is verified via OTP. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Each account is for one individual user.
Zdax welcomes students of all ages, including those preparing for Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations. If you are under 18, you should use the Service with the awareness and, where required, the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians of users under 13 must provide verifiable consent before an account is created. See the Privacy Policy for details on how minor data is handled.
All study materials, mock tests, revision content, AI-generated explanations, brand assets, and software belong to Growuni Technologies Pvt Ltd and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access this content for individual study purposes only.
Zdax uses our proprietary AI technology (“Zdax AI”) to generate and assist with study materials, explanations, and doubt resolution. While we work hard to ensure accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or omissions. For critical exam preparation, we recommend cross-verifying important facts against official sources, syllabi, and prescribed reading materials.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growuni Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of Zdax. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users, our infrastructure, or third parties. You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time by writing to support@zdax.in.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of Growuni Technologies Pvt Ltd.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zdax after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
